Animal Diversity

.) What are four different ways scientists can classify different plant and animal species?

.) Scientist classify animals into two large groups, invertebrates and vertebrates. What is the difference between invertebrates and vertebrates? Provide three examples of each.

.) What are some common plants that any person can come across during a normal day? Name at least five. Think about a typical forest, garden, house plants, etc.

.)If you could choose to be any plant or animal, what would you be? Why? Describe to me what your typical day would be like with the animal or plant chosen.

.)Create a new animal species. Give it a name, characteristics, describe where it lives, what it eats, and an interesting fact about your new animal. Be creative!
